Our Hiring Process

We are committed to a fair, transparent, and people-focused hiring process. In accordance with updates to the Employment Standards Act and the Working for Workers Act (effective January 1, 2026), we’d like to share the following:

• We do not use artificial intelligence or automated tools to create job postings or screen applicants.
• We do not rely on search engines when reviewing applications, and Canadian work experience is not a requirement.
• Every application is reviewed individually by our hiring team.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by our Human Resources team via email to coordinate interview details.

Our process typically includes a brief 15-minute phone conversation, followed by an in-person meeting with a member of our management team for successful candidates.

We aim to communicate application outcomes within 45 days, or sooner whenever possible.
