We recently invested in a second, larger, more powerful, SITMA bagging machine to better serve you, our valued client!

These 60ft+. long machines are able to process up to 280 bags every minute. They come equiped with an inline door handle punch, which we use for our door hanger bags.

The Shuttle Pad/Feeder carries large products along the conveyor belt. Magazines and Books that are perfect bound and magazines or flyers with stapled binding are only fed through the shuttle feeder.

Servo Feeders are 10 times more reliable then Friction feeders such as photocopiers. Servo Feeders have suction cups that grab the product, separate it from the stack and lay it on the conveyor belt.

An Online Feeder has an advantage to Side Feeders as they are located above the conveyor belt and run at a faster speed. Side Feeders have to grab on the folded edge of the product and flip it towards the conveyor belt. Side feeders can feed 2 products alternately in quick succession.

An Online Bypass Quarter-folder on the conveyor guides the piece after it is fed and folds the product to fit in the AdMill Bag. This unit can be raised manually when product does not need to be folded. This unique and versatile design is the only one of its kind in the world.

Poly Rollers help the product remain flat as it runs on the belt. It generates constant pressure as opposed to an even pressure. The maximum thickness running through the rollers is 2.75 inches. As the product goes through the rollers the plastic overlaps the product and seals it longitudinally. The seals temperature automatically adjusts to the speed/time that the product runs along on the belt.

The Poly bag is pulled along past the rollers and a perforation is added so that the product can be easily accessible for the costumer to open. A die cut also is added so that each bag has a hole for hanging on door handles as it is distributed. It is also cut and sealed at the top and bottom of the bag taking a matter of seconds to do each job together in one motion. The bag itself can vary in size to accommodate a product up to 16 inches maximum. At the end of this process it is counted, bundled and prepared for distribution.

Main Engineering can choose products, deactivate feeders, check quantities and set speed. Each station has an emergency button and indication lights in case of product jams and product needs.
